Refunds and Returns

We do not refund/reship *missing* or *stolen* packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier, you will need to file a missing mail claim with the mail carrier.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Dungeon Store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Email us for a Return Authorization Code and we will add the cost of the return shipping to your refund.

You should receive the refund within four weeks of shipping the products to our Return Center. Though, in many cases refunds are received much more quickly. The way we determine your refund time: 5 to 10 business days in transit, 3 to 5 business days for the Dungeon Store to process the return, and 5 to 10 business days for refund request processing, depending on your banks policies If the refund does not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for help..

Some products may be eligible under a warranty issued by Alternative Sites, you can always choose to exercise your rights under that warranty rather than going through our General Returns Policy. Products that are under warranty from Alternative Sites Ltd may also be handled as a return in lieu of the warranty policy.

Any unopened media or non-media item in its original packaging that is returned after 30 days: 80% of item's price. Any book, CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (plastic wrap or seals removed or broken) or show obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price. Any item that is damaged, missing parts, or is not in its original packaging: up to 50% of item's If the product was shipped damaged, malfunctioning, or missing parts from in error, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund. If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, we will not refund the cost of return shipping.

Items that are Not Returnable

Alternative Sites, Ltd does not accept returns of the following items:

Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases Gift cards Items purchased from sellers other than Alternative Sites, Ltd Some Health & Personal Care items (See Product Pages for details)

How Refunds are Issued

We'll process your refund after we receive and process your return. For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner). This time period includes: 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines) We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If the refund do not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for help.

How Refunds are Issued

If you paid by credit card: Your refund will go to the same credit card, 3-5 business days after your return is processed.

If you paid by bank draft: Your refund will go to the account number on file within 10 business days after your return is processed

If you paid by credit card and gift certificate: Your refund will go to the same credit card first, and then to your gift certificate 3-5 business days after your return is processed

Promotional certificates are non-refundable

Alternative Sites Ltd may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. You will be notified via email by a Customer Service Associate if your refund does not require a return.

If you received a faulty product, and would like to exchange it for the same product, please email us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange a product for a different product, please email us for a tracking label and ship the product (customer is responsible for all applicable shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for this process.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process product exchanges once received at the Return Center
